12 Speed restriction
(1)
A person must not drive or ride a vehicle on the designated land at a speed in excess of 40 km per hour.
Penalty for this subregulation: a fine of $2 000.
(2)
Subregulation (1) does not justify the driver of a vehicle driving at a speed that may constitute driving carelessly, recklessly or at a speed, or in a manner, that is dangerous to the public, having regard to all the circumstances.
