21 General prohibition on animals and birds
(1)
A person must not, without permission, bring an animal or bird onto the designated land.
Penalty for this subregulation: a fine of $1 000.
(2)
A person must not, without permission, leave, abandon, or release an animal or bird on the designated land.
Penalty for this subregulation: a fine of $1 000.
(3)
Subregulation (1) does not apply in relation to a dog if it is held by a person at all times by means of a chain, cord or leash not exceeding a length of 2 m.
