37 Assault
(1)
A person must not unlawfully assault any person on the designated land.
Penalty for this subregulation: a fine of $2 000.
(2)
In subregulation (1) —
assault and unlawfully have the same respective meanings as those terms have in Chapter XXX of Part V of The Criminal Code.
