Modified penalties

(1)

The offences created by the provisions of these regulations specified in the second column of Schedule 2 are prescribed for the purposes of section 51(2).

(2)

The amount specified in the fourth column of Schedule 2 corresponding to an offence created by a provision of these regulations specified in the second column of that Schedule is the modified penalty for that offence.
