Part 9Review
119 Building and demolition permits
A person who applies for a building permit or demolition permit may apply to the State Administrative Tribunal for a review of the decision of the permit authority —
(a)
to refuse to grant a building permit or demolition permit; or
(b)
in relation to a condition imposed on the grant of a building permit or demolition permit; or
(c)
in relation to a condition added or varied under section 27(3).
