140 Existing applications for certificate
An application for a certificate of qualification made under regulation 20 of the repealed regulations before commencement day that has not been finally determined before commencement day is to be dealt with and determined under the repealed regulations as if they had not been repealed.
For the purposes of subsection (1), a reference in the repealed regulations to the former committee is to be taken to be a reference to the Board.
A person who is granted a certificate on the determination of an application to which subsection (1) applies is to be taken to have held a certificate of qualification immediately before commencement day.
