63C Declaration of excluded contractors
This section applies to a person (being an individual, non‑corporate body or corporation) who is an applicant for registration or renewal of registration as a building service contractor or who is a building service contractor.
The Board may, in accordance with section 63D or 63E, declare that the person is excluded from being registered as a building service contractor —
for the period ending 3 years after the date of the last insolvency event (specified by the Board) on which the declaration of the Board is based; or
on a permanent basis.
The Board may at any time revoke a declaration under this section.
