96 Execution of documents by the Board
A document is duly executed by the Board if it is signed on behalf of the Board by a person or persons authorised to do so under subsection (2).
The Board may —
authorise one or more of its members; or
authorise the Building Commissioner; or
with the consent of the CEO, authorise any officer or employee employed in the Department,
to sign documents on behalf of the Board, either generally or subject to the conditions that are specified in the authorisation.
A document purporting to be executed in accordance with this section is to be presumed to be duly executed until the contrary is shown.
