37 Company to issue warrants
(1)
The Company shall issue a warrant in respect of grain received, setting out such particulars as may be prescribed, as soon as practicable after being so required by the grower and, where the grower does not, within a reasonable period, require the issue of a warrant, the Company may issue it of its own motion.
(2)
Every warrant shall be serially numbered and the Company shall not issue 2 warrants bearing the same number for the same type of grain, in any one season.
