19 Proceedings for offences
No prosecution for an offence against this Act is to be commenced without the approval in writing of the Commissioner.
Unless proof to the contrary is given, any document purporting to be signed by the Commissioner and to be an approval by the Commissioner under subsection (1) shall, without any further proof or proof of the signature of the Commissioner, be sufficient proof before any court of the giving of the approval.
Proceedings for an offence against this Act may be commenced within 3 years after the day on which the offence is alleged to have been committed.
