20 Transitional provision for Consumer Protection Regulations Amendment Regulations 2019
(1)
In this section —
commencement day means the day on which this regulation comes into operation.
(2)
If an act, matter or thing done or omitted to be done by the Minister under or for the purposes of these regulations before commencement day has effect on or after commencement day, the act, matter or thing is taken to have been done or omitted to be done by the Commissioner.
