23 Administration of property through schemes
An approved scheme may provide that the purposes of the scheme may, in whole or in part, be carried out, and that any property to which the scheme relates may be administered, by any of the following —
the trustees of any existing charitable trust;
a health service provider as defined in the Health Services Act 2016 section 6;
the Public Trustee or any trustees who could be appointed under the Trustees Act 1962.
Nothing in this section limits a scheme in making any other provision for carrying out the purposes of the scheme under this Part or for administering any property to which the scheme relates.
