13 Application of Part
The goods to which this Part applies are —
motor vehicles as defined in the Road Traffic (Administration) Act 2008 section 4, being motor vehicles that, unless the regulations otherwise provide, are, or have been, licensed under the Road Traffic (Vehicles) Act 2012; and
trailers that, unless the regulations otherwise provide, are, or have been, licensed under the Road Traffic (Vehicles) Act 2012;and
motor vehicles and trailers within the meaning of the Interstate Road Transport Act 1985 of the Commonwealth as amended and in force for the time being, being vehicles and trailers that are registered in Western Australia under that Act; and
prescribed goods.
