16 Suspension order, effect of
(1)
A suspension order has effect according to its contents.
(2)
While a suspension order has effect —
(a)
the enforcement of the judgment is suspended to the extent stated in the order;
(b)
any order that has been made under Part 4 or 5 or section 101 has effect subject to the suspension order and any order made under section 15(5).
(3)
To the extent that a suspension order suspends the enforcement of a judgment, the order is to be taken for all purposes to be a stay of the execution of the judgment to that extent.
