18 Enforcement orders, applicability of
An enforcement order, other than an earnings appropriation order, may be made in respect of any person, whether a natural person, a partnership, or a corporation.
An earnings appropriation order may only be made in respect of a natural person.
19. Enforcement orders, application for etc.
A judgment creditor may apply to a court for an enforcement order for the purpose of satisfying a judgment debt owed to the judgment creditor.
Subject to section 21, an application for an enforcement order may be made whether or not previously a means inquiry has been held or an enforcement order has been made.
Subject to section 21, an application for an enforcement order may be made without notifying the judgment debtor or any person to whom the order will be addressed, unless the regulations provide otherwise.
