33 Instalment order
(1)
In order to recover a judgment debt, a judgment creditor may apply to the court for an order, addressed to the judgment debtor, that orders the debtor to pay the judgment debt by instalments of amounts and at times set by the court in the order.
(2)
The court may make such an order, subject to sections 21 and 22.
