36 Earnings appropriation order, content and service of
An earnings appropriation order must —
be addressed to the person who is liable to pay earnings to the judgment debtor and who will be bound by the order; and
state the name and address of the judgment debtor and the judgment creditor; and
identify the earnings to which the order applies; and
state the judgment debt as at the date of the order; and
order the third person to pay the judgment creditor from the earnings a stated amount or amounts; and
state when the amount or amounts are to be paid; and
contain any other information that is prescribed by the regulations.
The judgment creditor must serve the earnings appropriation order on the third person in accordance with the regulations.
