76 Property that cannot be seized and sold
The following personal property of a judgment debtor must not be seized or sold under a property (seizure and sale) order —
(a)
property that the judgment debtor holds in trust for another person and in which the judgment debtor does not have a beneficial interest;
(b)
wearing apparel and personal items that are of a kind and value prescribed by the regulations;
(c)
household property that is of a kind and value prescribed by the regulations;
(d)
property that is used by the judgment debtor to earn income by personal exertion of a value that does not exceed the amount prescribed by the regulations.
