131 Application of Division
(1)
This Division only applies to distributing co‑operatives.
(2)
Sections 132, 133 and 134 apply to a distributing co‑operative only to the extent that they are not inconsistent with rules of the co‑operative that were in effect immediately before the commencement of the Co‑operatives Amendment Act 2016 section 32.
