165 Cancellation of shares
(1)
A co‑operative must cancel any share purchased by or forfeited to the co‑operative in accordance with this Act or the rules of the co‑operative.
(2)
Any shares held by a co‑operative in itself at the time the co‑operative is registered under this Act are cancelled under this section.
