Existing corporation can be registered

In force

A corporation may apply to the Registrar to be registered as a co‑operative under this Act, if the corporation is —

(a)

incorporated or registered or deemed to be registered under the Corporations Act; or

(b)

incorporated or registered under any other Act relating to the incorporation or registration of bodies corporate.
