222 Division does not affect other laws or rules
Except as provided in section 223, this Division is in addition to, and does not limit, the operation of a law or a provision in the rules of the co‑operative restricting a director from having an interest in contracts with the co‑operative or from holding offices or possessing properties involving duties or interests in conflict with his or her duties or interests as director.
