244ZA Application of Corporations Act: additional reporting by debenture issuers
(1)
A co‑operative is declared to be an applied Corporations legislation matter for the purposes of the Corporations (Ancillary Provisions) Act 2001 Part 3 in relation to the Corporations Act section 318, subject to the modification set out in subsection (2).
(2)
A reference in section 318(2) or (3) to a debenture holder is to be read as a reference to a debenture holder who is not a member of the co‑operative.
