244ZX Effect of winding‑up on office of auditor
An auditor of a co‑operative ceases to hold office if —
(a)
a special resolution is passed for the voluntary winding‑up of the co‑operative; or
(b)
a certificate winding‑up the co‑operative is given by the Registrar; or
(c)
if paragraph (a) or (b) does not apply — an order is made by the Supreme Court for the winding‑up of the co‑operative.
