247 Members etc. not required to see to application of money
A member or other person from whom a co‑operative obtains financial accommodation is not required to see to its application and is not affected or prejudiced by the fact that in obtaining that financial accommodation, the co‑operative contravened a provision of this Act or the rules of the co‑operative.
