267 Registration of charges
Schedule 3 has effect but does not apply to —
(a)
a mortgage, charge or encumbrance that is over specific land and is registered under the Transfer of Land Act 1893; or
(b)
a mortgage, charge or encumbrance registered under the Mining Act 1978.
