301 Making an application
(1)
An application for approval of a merger or transfer of engagements under this Division must be made to the Registrar in the way and form required by the Registrar.
(2)
An application for approval of a merger must be accompanied by 2 copies of the proposed rules of the merged co‑operative and any other particulars required by the Registrar.
