324B Operation of this Division
(1)
The provisions of the Corporations Act applying under Subdivision 2 do not apply to the appointment of an administrator under this Subdivision or to an administrator so appointed.
(2)
This Subdivision does not apply to the appointment of an administrator under section 324A or to an administrator so appointed.
