397 Division applies instead of certain other provisions of this Act
(1)
This Division applies instead of Part 12 Division 1, in relation to the merger of a State co‑operative with a participating co‑operative.
(2)
This Division applies instead of Part 12 Division 1, in relation to a transfer of engagements between a State co‑operative and a participating co‑operative.
