41 Assumptions entitled to be made
(1)
A person is entitled to make the assumptions in section 42 in relation to —
(a)
dealings with a co‑operative; and
(b)
dealings with a person who has, or purports to have, directly or indirectly acquired title to property from a co‑operative.
(2)
If a person is entitled to assume a matter, the co‑operative or anyone referred to in subsection (1)(b) is not entitled to assert in proceedings in relation to the dealings that the matter is incorrect.
