436 Admission of investigator’s report as evidence
(1)
A document certified by the Registrar as being a copy of a report of an inquiry under this Division is admissible as evidence of any findings made by the investigator.
(2)
Subsection (1) does not authorise the admission of evidence that is inadmissible under section 429.
