481G Double jeopardy
If —
(a)
an act or omission constitutes an offence under this Act and under a corresponding co‑operatives law of a participating jurisdiction; and
(b)
the offender has been punished for that offence under the corresponding co‑operatives law of the participating jurisdiction,
the offender is not liable to be punished for the offence under this Act.
