79 Grievance procedure
(1)
The rules of a co‑operative must set out a grievance procedure for dealing with any dispute under the rules —
(a)
between a member and another member; and
(b)
between a member and the co‑operative.
(2)
A member may appoint any person to act on behalf of the member in the grievance procedure.
(3)
The grievance procedure must allow for natural justice to be applied.
(4)
In this section and section 80 —
member includes any person who was a member not more than 6 months before the dispute occurred.
