83 Who may apply for court order
The following persons may apply to the Supreme Court for an order under this Division —
the Registrar;
a member who believes that the affairs of the co‑operative are being conducted in a way that is —
oppressive or unfairly prejudicial to, or unfairly discriminatory against, a member; or
contrary to the interests of the members as a whole;
a member who believes that an act or omission, or a proposed act or omission, by or on behalf of the co‑operative, or a resolution, or a proposed resolution, of members, was or would be —
oppressive or unfairly prejudicial to, or unfairly discriminatory against, a member; or
contrary to the interests of the members as a whole.
