90D Co‑operative may allow member to inspect books
(1)
The board of a co‑operative, or the co‑operative by resolution passed at a general meeting, may authorise a member to inspect books of the co‑operative.
(2)
Subsection (1) does not apply to —
(a)
minutes of board meetings; or
(b)
minutes of meetings of committees to which the board’s functions have been delegated under section 204(1).
