16B Application of Division
In addition to a retail shop lease to which or in relation to which this Division would otherwise apply, this Division also applies to or in relation to a retail shop lease that was entered into —
before the relevant day; or
pursuant to an option granted or agreement made before the relevant day,
if this Act would have applied to the lease had it been entered into on or after that day.
In subsection (1) —
relevant day has the meaning given to that term by section 4(3).
This Division does not apply to conduct that occurred before the commencement of the Commercial Tenancy (Retail Shops) Agreements Amendment Act 2011 section 20.
Nothing in this Division affects the operation of Division 1.
