7 Provisions prescribed for Act s. 13 and 14A
The provision set out in Schedule 1 column 2 —
(a)
opposite item 1 is prescribed under section 13(6)(da) of the Act for the purposes of section 13 of the Act; and
(b)
opposite item 2 is prescribed under section 14A(1)(a) of the Act for the purpose of section 14A of the Act.
