15D Persons who may act on behalf of offender who is child
In this section —
child welfare officer means the CEO as defined in the Children and Community Services Act 2004 section 3.
An application or appeal under this Part may be made on behalf of an offender who is a child by —
a parent or guardian of the offender; or
a child welfare officer; or
a person of a prescribed class of person acting on behalf of the offender.
A document or information under this Part that is required to be served on, or notified to, an offender who is a child must also be served by the person required to serve it on —
a parent or guardian of the offender; or
a child welfare officer; or
a person of a prescribed class of person acting on behalf of the offender.
