31 Change of travel plans while out of Western Australia to be reported

(1)

This section applies to a reportable offender who —

(a)

is in Western Australia, having left the place where the offender generally resides (as described in section 29A(1)), and decides to change any details given to the Commissioner under section 29A; or

(b)

is out of Western Australia and decides to change any details given to the Commissioner under section 30.

(2)

As soon as is practicable after making the decision, the reportable offender must report the changed details to the Commissioner.

(3)

If subsection (1)(b) applies, the reportable offender must make the report —

(a)

by facsimile or email sent to the Commissioner or to any other address permitted by the regulations; or

(b)

in any other manner permitted by the regulations.
