45 When reporting obligations begin
For the purposes of this Division, a reportable offender’s reporting obligations in respect of a reportable offence begin when the latest of the following occurs —
(a)
the reportable offender is sentenced for the offence;
(b)
the reportable offender ceases to be in government custody in respect of the offence;
(c)
a reporting order is made in respect of the offence.
