66 Bar to prosecution for failing to report leaving Western Australia
(1)
This section applies if a reportable offender leaves Western Australia and is found guilty of failing to report the offender’s presence in a foreign jurisdiction as required by a corresponding Act.
(2)
The reportable offender is not to be prosecuted for a failure to comply with section 30 in respect of the travel out of Western Australia.
