75 Application of this Division
This Division applies to the following —
a reportable offender who is a participant in a witness protection program;
a reportable offender who is the subject of an order in force under this Division declaring that the offender is a person to whom this Division applies.
This Division (except sections 77 and 78) also applies to a reportable offender who is receiving protection under a foreign witness protection law specified by the regulations for the purposes of this subsection, or who has the same status as such a person under an order made under a corresponding Act specified by the regulations for the purposes of this subsection.
