Delegation by Commissioner

Current

The Commissioner may delegate under section 110 a power of the Commissioner under section 82(1)(cd) only to —

(a)

a police officer of, or acting in, the rank of inspector or a higher rank; or

(b)

a person employed in a prescribed position in the department of the Public Service principally assisting the Minister in the administration of this Act.
