85B Delegation by Commissioner
The Commissioner may delegate under section 110 a power of the Commissioner —
(a)
under section 85J only to a police officer of, or acting in, the rank of inspector or a higher rank; or
(b)
under Division 2 (other than section 85J) only to a police officer who holds or is acting in the office of Deputy Commissioner or Assistant Commissioner.
