96 Variation or revocation of child protection orders
(1)
The Commissioner may apply to a court for an order varying or revoking a child protection order.
(2)
A reportable offender subject to a child protection order may apply to a court for an order varying or revoking the order.
(3)
A reportable offender cannot make an application under subsection (2) except by leave of the court.
(4)
The court may grant leave only if the court is satisfied that, having regard to changes in the reportable offender’s circumstances since the order was made or last varied, it is in the interests of justice that leave be granted.
