1 The Community Titles Act 2018 (Postponement of Expiry) Proclamation 2019 published in Gazette 5 Nov 2019 p. 3877‑8 provides that the expiry of section 188 is postponed until the end of 31 December 2024.
2 The Land Legislation (Postponement of Expiry) Proclamation 2024 cl. 2 (SL 2024/43) provides that the expiry of section 188 is postponed until the end of 31 December 2029.
