17 Horses on CALM land
(1)
A person may bring a horse on to a horse area.
(2)
A person must control and manage a horse in a horse area in accordance with conditions specified on signs erected in or in the vicinity of that area for the purposes of regulation 6(3) or signs designating that area as a horse area.
Penalty: a fine of $2 000.
