61 Operation of certain vessel in restricted area
A person must not, without lawful authority, in a restricted area —
(a)
operate a vessel if the operation of a vessel of that kind is prohibited in that area under regulation 5; or
(b)
contravene a restriction imposed on the operation of a vessel in that area under regulation 5.
Penalty: a fine of $1 000.
