98AG Cancellation of licence at request of licence holder
(1)
The licence holder may request the CEO to cancel a rental mooring licence.
(2)
On a request made under subregulation (1) the CEO must cancel the licence and may refund to the licence holder, in whole or in part, the charge paid in respect of the licence if the CEO considers it appropriate to do so in the circumstances.
