98AT Private moorings to be maintained
(1)
It is a condition of a licence to use a private mooring that the licence holder must maintain the mooring in good condition and repair.
(2)
The CEO may, by notice in writing, require a licence holder to provide a current inspection report for the licensed mooring.
(3)
The licence holder must comply with a notice under subregulation (2) within the time specified in the notice.
Penalty: a fine of $1 000.
